KNOW A TRAVELER? THESE GIFTS WILL MAKE THEIR TRIPS MORE ENJOYABLE.
JBL Flip 5
If I'm vacationing I'm probably relaxing. If I'm relaxing I'm probably listening to music. JBL makes a great Bluetooth speaker and my favorite is the Flip 5. Very durable, holds up to the elements, and can also be used as a phone charger. I like how it can fill a room with great sound qualities.
Apple Watch SE
Because I own an Android phone I don't utilize the Apple Watch features as much as I could. However, I still use the timer (for cooking), activity rings, and workout tracker. I only wish the Emergency SOS wasn't triggered every time I got excited while coaching a lacrosse game. Still a great way to keep apps attached to your wrist.
Because I'm usually abusive to my watches from working with my hands I was worried I would scratch or break the face of my Apple Watch. I immediately purchased a new, more rugged case and band to help protect the face and a year later the watch still looks good and in one piece.
Stanley Travel Mug
I've mentioned this before and I still rave about it. This travel mug by Stanley is the best. Spill-proof, keeps liquids hot, and fits perfectly in your hand. It's also easy to clean. It out-performs the Yeti travel mugs and it's more affordable.
Hydro Flask Water Bottle
My water bottle must keep its contents cold and be easy to clean. The Hydro Flask Water Bottle fits the bill. I recommend light colors for when you leave it in the sun along with a wide mouth for adding ice and easier cleaning in the dishwasher.
iPad Magic Keyboard
If you have an iPad and need something compact to use on the road the Magic Keyboard will turn it in to a very portable laptop. First, if your iPad has cell service you won't have to worry about a wi-fi connection. Plug in the keyboard to an outlet and it charges both, the keyboard and the iPad. The trackpad keeps your hands on the keyboard and off the screen. Finally, fold it up and the iPad is protected.
